They offered no discount or even free coffee.. we were told our room was ready 3 times and after walking up 87 steps up we find out its not. "The chalet was just perfect for our group from the USA and the UK. It could have fit 12 people quite comfortably. It's sometimes hard to tell from photographs, but the interior was roomy and bright, and the large deck with its gorgeous views was delightful. Delphine and Olivier could not have been more helpful to us. We did some hiking and cycling and just wish we could have stayed longer!"

"The chalet has everything you need is very clean and comfortable The location is within walking distance to the town and within an hour and a halfs drive most of the fabulous Christmas markets in the area I would definitely recommend this property as it's very good value for money compared to most on this location"

"We spent a week in Osenbach in this beautiful home that was an excellent location for day trips around Alsace. The yard was perfect for our 7 & 9 year-old grandchildren to enjoy the swing and zip line. We were able to enjoy evening dinners at the table on the deck. We like to prepare our own meals when possible, and the small but adequate kitchen worked for us. The hosts were welcoming and very responsive when we needed them for help using the outdoor grill."
