“The initial property was exactly as expected - small, just for two - and very clean. The fridge didn't seem to be cooling and our host responded almost immediately. She offered another property across the street that was an upgrade right away. Not something she had to do, but appreciated that she wanted to make sure all went well. Her properties were both lovely, clean and right where we wanted to be.”

“Our host, Sophia, was extremely communicative, engaged, polite, and we met her on property so we should say very involved in the management of the unit and property. ”

“My husband and I love staying at this apartment building. We’ve stayed in different rooms and all have been clean, nice and comfortable. The location is easy walking to the beach and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here for a visit to Singer Island.”

“The host was easy to communicate with and friendly on the phone. I had an issue with the blind, and they came and fixed it. Also, replace a bulb for us. The vent in the bathroom didn't work. They would've fixed it, but didn't want to disturb us while we were there. The valet was super nice, but we were only able to use it for one night, as it booked up fast. Husband parked nearby and just made sure we moved it or paid to park by 9 am. When we arrived, it smelled a little musty, but once the AC……

“Apartment was perfect and as advertised. It was in a great location in Palm Beach and was a wonderful place to spend a few days. Meredith was extremely responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.”

“My mother and I enjoyed our stay very much. I disliked the wording of the website. It was very misleading at best. The host/owner was wonderful. We ran into a couple of hiccups, but he fixed them right away. One suggestion: get safety bars for your bathroom. Thank you very much.”

“Nice place, although not very secure. Went to dinner came back to find the Code to enter did not work. Lucky for us the slider was never locked and we had never checked it. Steps are a little steep so be careful and could use better lighting outside for walk ways. Parking we had to park on the street, not the best scenario. Overall it was nice for what we needed, a quick trip to take care of some personal things in the area.”
