“The room floors and shower were extremely clean except for the shower vent. It look like someone took great efforts to upgrade the rooms to make them somewhat appealing with hand painting on the walls and clouds on the ceiling. Staff was pleasant. Parking easy. A/C was excellent. Area, a little uncomforable but nothing happened so may be just me.”

“This is our second stay at AKA WPB. We love the location and the hotel is very well maintained. This time we had glitches with the room keys. We needed to have them programmed every second day. We also had difficulty getting basic local information at the front desk, for example the exact location of the briteline station. We were told to Google it but she couldn’t give details from her Google search. Overall it is a great place to stay in WPB!”

“Don't book here. The front desk reception, Ray in particular, is supposed to be the first point of contact to welcome you to the hotel and set the tone. Instead we got a rude greeting, followed up by the hotel not having the crib ready (it was requested in advance). Then when the crib was delivered it was with dirty sheets and not comfortable. The pool area also ran out of towels with no restock at one point. Finally, i was called multiple times to come downstairs for a card i put on file with……
