Full of original features, the house has been renovated and decorated to a very high standard with contemporary additions, gorgeous soft, muted interior design and a lovely sociable open plan kitchen and dining area with a central island. Another great feature is the two sitting rooms. One is a large, formal room on the ground floor with a large bay window and French doors leading into the dining room, and the other is on the first floor and has bifold doors leading out onto the garden. The house has three large bedrooms and two bathrooms, and more than comfortably sleeps six guests. The garden is a real feature of this house as it is accessed from the first floor and is on two levels accessed via stone steps. The courtyard is off the first floor sitting room and the upper area is a paved terrace with dining furniture and sun loungers. Property Description Ground floor Stone steps lead up to the front door which leads into the hallway Sitting room Sitting room with corner sofa and chairs, and Smart TV Open plan kitchen/dining room Kitchen with island unit and 4 high stools, gas hob, double electric oven, American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Sage coffee grinder, washing machine, large dining table and seating for 6 people, door to the garden Shower room with shower cubicle, wc and basin First floor Snug Snug with corner sofa, Smart TV and bifold doors leading out onto the two tier terraced garden Bedroom - sleeps 2, with Kingsize bed, bedside tables and lamps, hanging rail Bedroom - sleeps 2, with an Emperor bed, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers, Smart TV Bathroom – roll top bath with handheld shower attachment, walk-in shower, wc, basin Second floor Bedroom – sleeps 2, with Super Kingsize bed, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe, sea view Garden Enclosed paved two-tier terraced garden, with secluded courtyard outside the first-floor siting room and stone steps up to the upper level which has dining furniture and sun loungers, and charcoal BBQ Parking Unrestricted, free on-street parking available outside the property Pet friendly Things You Need to Know Please note: the shed in the garden is on a raised section, and care should be taken as this presents a fall risk Towels and linen are provided There is an enclosed garden to the rear Wi-Fi access Central heating throughout Cot and high chair available on request Pet friendly – there is a £25 charge per pet per stay House Rules We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit. Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests. Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time. Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house. For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property. Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
