“Pretty decent ”

“The staff, the room and the environment are excellent”

“The Hotel is in very poor condition, no water pressure in the showers, towels they have used since they opened, restaurant area very poor (I never ate there) and the Wifi was not an acceptable standard for a business hotel. This hotel is overpriced for what you get. ”

“Food delicious, rooms clean, water pressure fantastic. Only complaint - no stairs!”

“I had a terrible time, the receptionist, precious did not know about my booking, I was given a room of #8,000. It was really terrible. I’m fast they did not want to give me any room. Not Expedia’s fault. It’s the hotel management and their system. ”

“Some major renovation was happening at the hotel. I would have expected that it is closed to customers during this time. Kitchen did not have supply for most of the meals on their menu. Staff were friendly and available to support but it was clear that most of the issues I had with the hotel was beyond the staff but management issues. ”

“We were not made aware that there was a pool”

“The booking i made thru hotel.com was not found. I paid for 2 nights. I had to pay afresh and reduced my stay to one night. Ive written hotels.com for refund. i see that i have been addressed by someone else's name. Please correct that in your system. Otherwise the hotel was generally ok. But i was charged way way above the hotel rates as well. Please resolve this. Booking ref is 72072309167578. The card is in my name. And so also is the booking. Please look into this unique case”

“No WiFi, no internet, one sheet for the whole stays (4 days) same food serve everyday, dirty environment, no light except NEPA brings light, bucket and bowl in the bathroom ”
