“Vriendelijk personeel. Ik ben hier geweest. Goeie locatie, dichtbij een stadje en gratis parkeren vlakbij. Goed ontbijt en ruime kamer en goeie bedden. Alleen wel gehorige kamers, het zwembadwater was te warm en vrij weinig bedjes. Verder heel fijn hotel.”

“Terrible experience from check-in to check-out. I paid extra for a Junior Suite with Pool View, but was initially given a room overlooking the parking garage with only the tops of pool umbrellas visible. This was not what was advertised. My booking showed 18 photos of the room I paid for, none of which resembled the room we received. When I questioned it, the front desk said, "The pictures are just pictures," and claimed the hotel was fully booked.
After I insisted this was false advertising……

“All inclusive concept applied to certain drinks and the collection menu at à la carte restaurant was not complimentary, the staff did not tell me about it but I enjoyed the food there. The staff was friendly. They have no shower rooms at check out but the reception offered to other location to the spa for shower and change. Over all I enjoyed my stay given some of the aspects of my stay could have been better”
