“We loved our stay, the convenience of being able to borrow towels and parasols when heading to the beach at no extra cost was spectacular. The room was lovely and well decorated. The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming - greeting you when entering and leaving. They were also very personable - we had many conversations even though I only speak a tiny bit of Spanish, my girlfriend speaks Spanish and said that they were always very polite when switching between languages to converse……

“90% of the staff were very helpful and were passionate about where they work. I loved being helped from the car to my room by Toni. He found that I loved history as well and taken upon himself to show me around. Some however did not seem happy to serve, I remember calling to find where the bath tub drain plug was and a snooty lady at reception made it seem like it was a stupid questions and simply told me I cannot use the tub. Didn’t expect that at this level of hotel.”
