“Cannot say enough nice things about the facilities and the staff at Numo Ierapetra. Every detail was thought of and executed perfectly, from complimentary massages to helping my partner plan his proposal! Numo Ierapetra will forever have a special place in our hearts as the place we got engaged.

“Generally a positive review especially the staff who were excellent. Family friendly with food surprisingly good for an all inclusive, a notch down from restaurant quality but good value for the overall price. Facilities otherwise excellent which are clearly geared for children with the exception of the ‘quiet pool’ (one of four pools).
Negatives as follows:
Bar area poor, no adult vibe whatsoever with simple tables and hard chairs located next to the children’s play area which tends to be……

“We stayed in the Luxe swim up room. This hotel, despite its 4 star rating is outstanding. The attention and service from all staff is unique, they most definitely go above and beyond. The rooms are breathtaking and mini fridge is stocked daily. The food is fresh and varied. We would highly recommend and indeed to visit again.”

“Die Anlage ist neu und sehr schön gestaltet. Für den Preis bietet das Hotel ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Der Pool ist toll, die gesamte Anlage lädt zum Entspannen ein. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war freundlich und angenehm. Auch der Padel-Platz hat uns sehr gefallen und der Spaziergang am Meer war wunderschön.
Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre, nach 23:00 Uhr noch kleine Snacks wie Chips oder Glace/Eis anzubieten.
Negativ war leider, dass beide Zimmer stark aus dem WC-……
