“As advertised but even better! We stayed here for a Cooperstown tournament. 3 adults. Our son also spent a night and loved it. If you are staying for baseball do make sure you check if your tournament is actually in Cooperstown cause ours was in Oneota. This made the drive longer (about 50 minutes instead of 30) Didn't matter to us because the place itself was so unique and cool. It was clean and cozy. The caboose was awesome. While there is not a bathroom in the caboose it is not a big……

“We had an amazing time , it was a very secluded area with a beautiful country view especially from the hot tub. The house was prestine, it had everything you would need , very cozy with farmhouse decor (one of my favorites!) well done! We will definitely be back to stay. “The photos don’t do this place justice! Such a peaceful & well equipped property!! They literally thought of everything and there was plenty of room for our group of 20 people. Easy drive to CDP and the owners were incredibly helpful & responsive. We hosted the entire team for dinner one night & the other kids asked their parents why they couldn’t stay there too!!
