“The staff at Burrstone could not be any kinder, more welcoming or more helpful! They were WONDERFUL! I had accidentally booked only one night instead of two while we moved our son into Hamilton and they made every possible effort to confirm a second night bc all of our belongings were still in the room! Completely my mistake but they accommodated us amazingly and with a caring, friendly attitude. The room itself was ok - the carpet felt damp, which was gross, and the shower in the room near us……
