"I like boutique hotels and this establishment follows those sort of lines - historical artefacts, antique furniture and photos showcasing the local Apia history dating back 100 years and more. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. Breakfast was nicely presented."

"Property was close to town which was a bonus. I didn’t get the room I booked, instead they gave me a bigger room, but the room smelled of burnt bbq, and the shower had no hot water. No staff were around to talk to about it. I ended up leaving a day earlier because I couldn’t stand the burnt bbq smell … that seemed to be coming up through a vent or something. "

"Lovely staff and very good spot if you are wanting to go into the centre of Apia via a short walk. Plenty of shops just down the road. It does say paid wifi on the amenities but it is not available. Staff are knowledgeable about good spots for visitors. Only problem we had were the stained sheets but other than that, we had a great stay and would recommend. "
"The rooms are basic and clean the property is an old colonial style place and Samoa fales for hire setting surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden and a pool, they serve a different breakfast each day very nice, the staff are lovely and helpful. The dining area is available for use to the guests and a communal kitchen. We often would buy food and bring it back and eat at the dining area. Felt like a true Samoan experience better one of the larger hotels. One slight negative is not safe to keep food in the communal kitchen, other than that everything else is fab, I would come back here and so would my family."

" We were in Apia for 7 days to attend the CHOGM 2024. We were pleasantly surprised by how neat and tidy the property was and very spacious. My work colleague was a person with a disability and the home was very accessible for her. The hostess went out of her way to ensure that we had everything we needed during our stay. She maintained the home beautifully, checking that rubbish was cleared everyday and fresh towels and sheets were ready on hand. I recommend this property 💯 % to anyone looking to stay in Apia for a few days. We loved staying at home to do our work when we were not attending meetings. It was so serene and quiet and with the air-conditioned rooms, very conducive for work. Thank you Phil and Elaine. We hope we can visit again soon."
