In the district of Costa d´Oneglia 3 km from the centre of Imperia, 8 km from the centre of Diano Marina, 30 km from the centre of San Remo, in a secluded, sunny, elevated position on top of a hill, 4 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: large, well-kept garden 12'000 m2 (fenced) with plants and flowers, orchard. Patio, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: washing machine (for shared use). Parking (for 6 cars) on the premises. Grocery 200 m, supermarket 2.5 km, bar 200 m, bicycle rental 3 km, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Imperia Oneglia" 3 km, sandy beach "Imperia" 4 km.
