It was clean, but for the cost I would have expected the furnishings to have been of a higher standard. Dementsprechend war die Enttäuschung bei Ankunft groß. Der komplette Pool- und Terrassenbereich wurde durch einen Podestbau aus Fliesen und Gras/trockener Erde völlig verunstaltet. Alles wirkt nun gedrungen und ungepflegt. Zudem ist es total unpraktisch, weil man sich ständig die Füße dreckig macht. Genau das, was bei den Fotos so edel und großflächig wirkt, ist nicht mehr vorhanden. Zudem wurde die Outdoorküche, anders wie auf den Fotos, durch eine zusätzliche Wand vom Sitzbereich getrennt. Der Pool ist schön, aber nicht wie im Inserat beschrieben 16m lang. Solche Angaben sind bei so einem hohen Preis eine Frechheit. Bei Ankunft war der Toaster und die Kaffeemaschine defekt. Es gab keinen Staubsauger, um die 500qm sauber zu halten. Der Ersatz kam zwar prompt, der Staubsauger war trotzdem kaum zu gebrauchen und stank bei Benutzung. Der Bezug der Stühle im Wohnzimmer war verschlissen. Sämtliche Wände hatten Wasserflecken, die den Farbanstrich runterrieseln haben lassen. Das Fußball- und Volleyballfeld gleicht einem Acker. Der Reinigung des Pools und der Müllabholung musste hinterhertelefoniert werden. Alle waren immer nett und freundlich, aber so weit sollte es eigentlich nicht kommen müssen. Wir haben für 10 Tage viel Geld bezahlt und haben einen ganz anderen Standard erwartet. Klimaanlage funktionierte mehrmals nicht. Sateliten- TV funktionierte erst nach 1 Woche. Safe defekt. Im Kühlschrank funktioniert der Wasserspender nicht. Im Poolhaus funktioniet der Dampfabzug nicht. Leider wird ins Poolwasser sehr viel Chemikalien reingeworfen. Unsere Badesachen wurden ganz Grün. Die blonden Haare von uneren Enkel leider auch. Wenn man einen PingPong Ball ins Wasser warf, wurde der Ball auf der Seite mit Wasserkontakt auch Grün. Fussballfeld und Volleyballfeld leider nicht zu gebrauchen. Viele Steine und Dornen am Boden. Die Velos sind eine Zumutung; Alles nur Kindervelos, verrostet und die Räder drehen nicht rund. 3 Geräte im Fitnessraum davon sind 2 defekt. Leider kam in den 2 Wochen niemand von der Agentur vorbei. Am Anfang wurde uns gesagt es komme jemand aber nicht einmal im Check out war jemand von der Agentur anwesend. Für diesen Preis erwarte ich eine bessere Kundenbetreuung. We made great use of the swimming pool, ping pong table and bbq, when the bbq ran out of gas someone brought us a new one the next morning which was brilliant. The sun loungers were so comfortable, as were the beds and the bathrooms were also high standard. Wir haben die Villa Son Frare zu 12 für einen 1-wöchigen Mallorca Urlaub gebucht. Eins vorweg: Es war eine wirklich tolle Zeit, die wir in der Unterkunft verbracht haben! Das Objekt ist genauso, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und beschrieben ist. Die Villa befindet sich mitten auf einem Feld und ist komplett von der Außenwelt abgeschnitten, was keineswegs schlecht ist, da man dadurch viel Ruhe hat. Das "Lauteste" in der Umgebung waren die Schafe, welche auf dem Feld hinter dem Haus grasen. Zur Stadt Inca und deren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten / Supermärkte sind es gerade einmal 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Der nächste Strand in Alcudia ist ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Ausstattung der Küche war phänomenal, ebenso wie die Möglichkeit, im Poolhaus den Gasgrill beliebig oft zu nutzen. Die Zimmer mit Ihren Bädnern waren ebenfalls gut ausgestattet, es waren reichlich Handtücher, Decken und Kissen vorhanden. Insgesamt war das Domizil super modern eingerichtet und bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber. Bei unserem Check-In wurden wir von einer Mitarbeitern von 5starshome begrüßt, welche uns eine Führung durch das Domizil gegeben hat. Anschließend wurden die Schlüssel übergeben und die anderen, üblichen Formalien wie der Mietvertrag geklärt. Der Check-Out war ebenfalls problemlos. Während unseres Aufenthalts mussten wir nur einmal den Service der Kundenhotline nutzen, da das Gas des Grills zwischendurch leer war; hier wurde innerhalb von nur einer halben (!) Stunde Ersatz geschaffen...das nennen wir mal Service! Auch sonst können wir nur Positives von unseren Gesprächen mit den Mitarbeitern berichten. We enjoyed our stay at the villa and found the facilities very good. Our children found the pool very cold and the wifi only worked in the central parts of the villa. Car is essential for the location but villa is well signposted. We did experience some problem with a smell from the bathroom drain in one bedroom and the maintenance man came promptly to resolve. We also requested cycle helmets which the owner arranged immediately.
