Two bedrooms have double beds, one with two single beds, and another with an extra-large double bed. The property includes a total of 5 full bathrooms, all with shower or bathtub.

The heart of the villa is its spectacular 200 m² terrace, surrounded by a carefully maintained Mediterranean garden. There you will find a large private swimming pool, perfect for cooling off while enjoying the views. The chill-out area, the covered porch, and the barbecue invite long evenings outdoors, family meals, or moments of relaxation under the Mallorcan sun.
