Not really, we were there for 3 nights and never received housekeeping once.
The door stuck so we had to force open and shut. Suite 625.
We reserved and paid for a premium suite but they were all taken so we got a regular suite instead, lower level, less amenities. We arrived for check in at about 5 pm, why could all of the suites we reserved be occupied?
Issues at check in, we were told we didn’t have a reservation but we did, my last name changed due to marriage10 years ago. I have used Expedia several times since, just recently in Seattle ( September) and there have never been any issues at all. It was annoying as we were tired from traveling. To be told we had no reservation then after standing and waiting for the supervisor to help, we were then told out reserved room was not available, was not good.
We were not offered or given any credit for the lower type of room either.
