Literally, blood drops all over the floor under the sink area, TV didn't work, the A/C was broken, light was shining through walls and door, bathroom was dirty and the shower was nasty. The room smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. The staff didn't seem to care. I want a full refund.

I booked a first floor king bed. I recieved a 2nd floor double twin. Had I known this before arriving I would not have stayed there. They took an "incidentals" charge of $75 on top of it all. Not very pleased and wont return.
