Ended up paying $77 on this site and then they added a $20 charge without telling me. The room didn’t have a remote to the TV and the bathtub was dirty.

The property seems to be in a less than ideal neighborhood. The room was dimly lit. We had to use the TV and bathroom light just to be able to see. We had no shower curtain, and when we asked for one it took over an hour to get one. We killed a roach, who knows how many others we didn’t see. We never left our things in our room. We put them in our rental car each time we left. Would not recommend and would not stay here again

THE HOTEL ACCOMODATE HOMELESS AND TURIST GUESS IN THE SAME BUILDING. ROOM ARE HUMID AND DO NOT SERVICE THE ROOM. ZERO AMENITIES, NO GYM, NO IRON BOARD, NO CLOSET, THE TV DOES NOT HAVE THE CONTROL REMOTE. I SHOULD GET SOME MONEY REFUND FOR THE INCONVENIENCE AND NO IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE RENTAL CONTRACT.

Room was in ok condition and not properly cleaned( an hypadermic needle was in the bathroom). The property was poorly maintained and very little exists out near it, making the closet food to get gas station fare.

the room smelled of cigarette smoke as if it was the smoking area and there were 20 smokers in the room. the toilet was clogged. there was a cockroach coming out of the faucet. I had to ask to get the room changed. the next room smelled of air freshener at first night but later smelled like there are wet towels that did not dry up. The receptionist was nice. The rooms were terrible though.

Straight up NASTY. I've traveled all over the country and world these past 15 years on a tight budget, but this has got to be the WORST accommodations I've ever experienced. The bathroom smelled of urine and the door handle was hanging from its socket. There were stains and evidence of lack of cleaning EVERYwhere. Dog hair all over the chairs, stains on the doors, walls and yes, even the bedsheets. The entire place REEKED. How the owners of this motel had the audacity to charge what they charge, while "offering" something so disgusting, is beyond me. They should be embarrassed to run a place like this. I ranked the staff & service as average because they gave us back our money without a fuss. Long story short, just sleep in your car if you're considering this place. You'll save money and not be grossed out.

nice looking place. didn't feel safe going to or leaving room. It was in the middle of a secluded hallway. room had a good bit of bugs. No pillows or TV remote when first in room. Had to find them. Do not know what else was missing.

It was horrible did not even stay walked in the room there was bed bugs just sitting on the walls bed had dirty sheets and pillowsl casees where black with dirt the door had a hole in the bottom where some one kicked it had people hanging in the parking lot doing drugs and asking for money even had never go there again

Dont expect much here
My stay wasnt the best here. There was a dirty sock on the lamp shade, im assumong from a previous guest, the shower had no shower curtain on it so I had to put a towel on the floor. The towels and the blankets had visible stains on them, and there was no toilet paper i ended up buying my own.

50 deposit for no breakfast and dirty room
When we went to ask about the breakfast they offered we were ignored by the lady that was there at 6 am . Bathroom bottom of the door was chewed by an animal there dogs toe nails dust every where looked the the floors hadn’t been cleaned in a long time

Checked in around 8:30 pm, went to bed about 12:30am, was awaken at 1:30 with bed bugs biting us. Took alive bug to the office that was crawling on my pillow, the guy freaked out and said to throw it down, so it was thrown on floor in lobby. Shower sprayed EVERYWHERE!! Not enough towels to accommodate all of us, they said they were all booked out!! We're supposed to get our money back and our deposit!! We got the deposit but haven't seen a change on my card so far!!. TV remote wouldn't work either, had to get up to change channels on the TV!! This place is a joke!! They need shut down!!

Older place. Okay for a night or two. Pretty clean. Had a partial kitchen and large refrigerator. Great value for the price. Plenty of lights and outlets. USB port available. Staff is nice. Industrial area so no view but close to lots of food and gas stations.

Ok but not Good nor Great
The hotel staff was friendly, it's obvious that the owners switched it to a Days Inn brand rather than whatever it was before. Easy access to HWY465, Interstate 65, and 70, as well as downtown. About 15 minutes from Lucas Oil Stadium. That said, the cleaning staff does a horrible job. The floor appears clean but it's not, and the towels in the bathroom are stained with mud and who knows what else. The bed was comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet, and all told it was an ok choice for the price.

The property requires a $100 deposit indicated by a sign hanging on the wall in the lobby. However, the sign states that the deposit is returned upon checkout and this isn't completely true. If credit or debit card is used for the deposit it can take 5-7 days for the deposit to be return
