There was no hot water so we weren't able to shower. They offered cancelation but only to go to the more expensive embassy suites.

I stayed here for a conference in the area. The hotel was pretty clean and quiet. Breakfast was a nice perk. The construction next door made the grounds around the pool less desirable when I wanted to eat dinner outside. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

This property is fine for staying overnight 1 night. It has no insulation so you hear people in the halls and people above you. They slam and stomp and allows you no real rest of a morning. Thumbs down for the noise. Everything else was just average.

We arrived at 2pm and asked to check in. We were told we would be charged 30$ for an early check in!! What?? I would understand if we were checking in at 11am or noon.. but an hour before check in to be charged 30$ is ridiculous! I’ll never stay at this hotel again. The holiday inn right next door accommodates their guests and doesn’t charge for early check ins
