Very comfortable bed, large bathroom with a great shower. The breakfast was good and a lot of choices for families. The odd thing was that the hallway was uncomfortably warm and the elevator was even worse. Overall happy with the stay.

First, the staff was amazing. I want to stress that point. Super friendly and helpful with all of the issues we had. The property itself on the other hand was not amazing. Our first day we had to have the air conditioning unit fixed (it never really worked right). The following day we had to have the shower door fixed because it would not stay closed. Even after it being fixed, it would still slide partway open occasionally. We also had to have a replacement USB port put in because one was completely gone and the other didn’t work. The in room coffee pot leaked all over the place the one time we used it. And the fact that the hotel chain is price gouging its regular customers because of the data center construction going on is beyond ridiculous. It would’ve been significantly cheaper for us (hundreds of dollars cheaper) to stay in downtown Indy rather than Lebanon. Honestly, if it weren’t for the staff I’d likely be leaving a 2 star review. We have to be back in Lebanon next month for personal reasons and will NOT be staying at this hotel (or any hotel in Lebanon) because of the price gouging. It is wholly unfair to the people not working on the construction in town to raise your rates as high as they are. Again I want to stress that this is not a review against the staff, this is totally a review of the hotel itself.

The breakfast was not bad just poor quality items. The biggest problem was that it was extremely hot in the main lobby, elevator and hallways. The room A/C work fine. The Tv guide never showed what was on each channel as if it was not configured properly. The biggest thing about this hotel was the price. It is not a 4 or 5 star hotel but they are charging those prices. I imagine it is because they can get away with it due to all the contractors in the area doing construction and they can get the companies to pay it.
