Overall, very nice. Clean and safe. Check in was odd…felt like a Zoom meeting, but it was easy and efficient and everyone was very kind and helpful.

The staff was very friendly and nice. The main negative was the noise at night. The toilet in the room had ran continuously and on the second night the room phone rang 5 times at 1:30 in the morning and no one was there each time I answered. In hind sight I should have left the phone off the hook sooner.

They did not have free breakfast. I booked a queen bed and got a full. They have you check in with a person on a computer screen, no personal interaction. And the ac in the room we had did not work right.

The phone in the room didn't work. The men working the front desk were not helpful with amenities and a receipt. I had to ask them several times before I got what I needed. The room was nice, clean and comfortable.

The streamlined, no frills set-up to help with a decent rate is fine. The basics were met - hot running water, lights. The paucity of human contact was unsettling. They have check-in and check-out via a computer kiosk in the lobby. There is a face on the screen, but live people were 4 feet from me at the desk who barely acknowledged my existence.
