IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW \- CHECK-IN PROCESS - Checking in at your FIELDTRIP home is now easier than ever. FIELDTRIP's mobile app experience (powered by DACK) contains everything you need to know. From reservation details, property information, check-in instructions, local recommendations and add-on services to enhance your stay, you'll find it all here. This app is highly encouraged to check into your FIELDTRIP home and thoroughly (and effortlessly) enjoy the property and amenities. \- POOL HEAT - Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $250/night. This is a non-refundable fee and temperatures may fluctuate depending on weather conditions. 24 hours notice for pool heating required to reach full temp. \- PARKING - Guests are limited to a maximum of 4 cars, depending on size. Renters and their daytime guests should park in the garage or driveway. There is NO on-street parking available. To avoid ticketing or towing, please ensure all cars are not extending into or blocking the sidewalk. \- PETS - Pets are permitted with the receipt of a pet fee. The fee is $150 per pet, up to 3 pets. Please inquire about Service Animals and next steps to waive the fees. \- EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT - Stay a little longer and add up to 2 hours before or after your arrival for $75/hour. Half days (11am arrival or 4pm departure) are also available for 50% of the nightly rate for the night needing to be blocked to accommodate. \- DELIVERIES - We are unable to accept packages at the homes. Please plan accordingly and utilize holding packages at the local post office or nearby Amazon Lockers. \- EVENTS / RETREATS - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Small events within our permitting requirements are considered. Written approval and an additional Event fee of $2,500 - $5,000 is required. \- PHOTO/VIDEO & COMMERCIAL USE - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING. There is parking for up to 4 vehicles. The backyard was great for relaxing with the pool, spa and sitting areas. The host was very responsive to our questions. We were able to check in early and Elizabeth was responsive when there was an issue with one of the bathrooms that rendered one toilet unusable for the entire weekend. I will say that for the size of the home, the table seating, and kitchen amenities were not sufficient for a large group. Great place to stay, nice house, a few minor details that could have been better, but it was clean, a little old, but clean. Fun house for a team gathering, great hot tub, and lots of space. Overall I would recommend staying there. It was perfect for our needs. Eight guys golfing everyday and relaxing every night. Pool and hottub were wonderful, bedrooms were spaciaous and plentiful. The owners were great to deal with, fast responses and very helpful in every way.
