“Quiet atmosphere. Breakfast was typical with few added items. Updated equipment to manage on your own for pancakes etc. Pleasant staff; greeted with smile and hello. smooth registration on line and front desk. Rooms clean, towel fluffy, linens crisp and white. Stayed 2 days for my observation.”

“The breakfast was very good. The air conditioning unit was rather noisy and the mattress was definitely on the firmer side. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room clean and neat.”

“The air conditioning was now working. Was 26 when I got there and stayed the same all night. The shower filled up the tub as the diffuser was not working correctly.”

“We reserved and paid for a junior suite. We were presented with a Dbl Queen room instead. We were given a roll away cot that took up any extra room that it had. We notified them of a leaking toilet--that was fix satisfactorily--but there was no way to contact front desk and the room had no phone. We were there for 3 nights and it seemed like we were bumped for some teams that were occupying all the ground floor suites. Friends of our had also booked a suite for the same reasons as us (5 ppl) and……

“Room was filthy / stained. Smelt like sewage. Leaks from the roof landed in my wife’s eye and the staff was less than helpful / did not seem concerned. Great location and the hotel has potential, but it’s ran terribly therefore it is suffering immensely. Management needs to care more about properly training staff and maintaining the building. No staff could locate a medical kit in the building as well.”
