“We were staying on the first floor. Our room had a very musty smell, and there was a small dehumidifier that was almost full. I was ready to ask for another room, but it was late and my family was too tired to move. We ended up opening the window and had the AC on to help with the smell. The water pressure was really weak. The breakfast was very basic. The only protein they had was hard-boiled eggs. The Wi-Fi was very spotty and kept cutting off constantly.”
