“Lobby was under construction... Missing flooring and walls about 2ft up..... No AC in the hall or stairwell - the units were running and blowing hot air out... Room had dirty sheets... no hair dryer.... not enough towels... Halls smelt of smoke...”

“Believe it or not, we were "checking out" the swimming pool, and after going through the door (with admittance by our key), I continued straight ahead and bumped into a full sized plate glass wall. It was SO clean and there were no reflections on the glass. I actually was looking down at the curb, and thinking that the curb was to keep water out of the "entry", and never paid attention to a second door immediately left as we entered.
It was my own fault, but I literally did not see a glass……
