“Emily and Kelly Keeford both amazing members of staff that worked in the Radius restaurant. They made our experience exceptional and they were very knowledgeable. Rooms very beautiful and clean! A few negatives were that the reception lady very rude. Hard to get hold of reception especially on the phone from an external line. I also couldn’t get a response through email either. I’ve already been and stayed for a few days an still haven’t had a response. Hopefully reception get some more……
