The chair in the room was broken also, which they eventually changed of I was thankful. However, throughout my stay, the room cleaning was focused on changing towels and tidying the bed , the dust was building up in the room. The room was clean but cold.. the first night the radiator was not working, so the room was cold.. next day they gave us another room, which was worm, cozy and had everything we need. Room seemed to be half cleaned, next coat hanger still on mirror, sock found next to room fan, black long hair in sink, room was next to lift so woken a few times by this. Have stayed here several times as convenient to head further north. Staff have always been lovely but the rooms are a let down. The basics of ensuring the last guests items are removed shouldn’t be hard to do. Room was tired, bathroom sink taps old/stained.
