"This is one of the few remaining Grand Hotel experiences remaining in the United States. Omni has taken an historic property and renovated it beautifully. The service from all of the staff was outstanding. It was our anniversary, and our room was upgraded at check in. We especially appreciated Oscar in the Audubon Dining Room, who went the extra mile for us each night.We had to leave early the day we checked out, so the front desk arranged room service for our breakfast. The spa was so relaxing and enjoyable. We will be back. Thank you!"

"Room very clean. Neat older refurbished facility. Staff excellent. Had 3rd floor room …took the hot water a good while to reach the room…and drain was S-L-O-W…but just added to the nostalgia. Would stay again. "
