Desk agents at check in and check out were just mid. The gal that checked out did not ask about the stay just if she could email the invoice and have a good day. There was no convo to inquire about how the stay was or even a thank you for staying here.
Need some customer service enhancement
The room was way too loud, the base from the music was vibrating things on the desk and it could be physically felt even though there was a white noise machine which absolutely had to be used. Maybe don’t book that room unless property is sold out on a weekend night?
