“My family really enjoyed our stay. The propery was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Trail access for snowmobiles couldnt be better. We had 11 sleds and 3 trailers and there was enough room for all of that in the side parking lot. There is coined laundry next door and there are two bars in walking distance from the property. Overall a great stay.”

“The place was dusty! There was no ice, only 2 pods of coffee, only two small creams, only a 1/2 roll of toilet paper for a family of 4\. No extra rolls of toilet paper were had. We asked for another roll of toilet paper and it never came. He said he would bring a roll and it never came. The outdoor facade of the house is in desperate need of paint! If there was rain the driveway there would have been a muddy mess and would have been tracked into the house. The outside stairs to house are steep.……

“It is not a great first impression as there are empty storefronts in the building, and there was a bike parked right in the way when we first walked in the front door. BUT, it is a very good value. We visited our son for Parent's Weekend at MTU and did not want to pay the high hotel prices. This property is clean and had what we needed. ”

“Buyer beware. Host assured 100% refund of 1 night of stay well prior to arrival but after several asks, gave only partial. Finally did refund only to remove it immediately and then stop communicating. At booking, the listing set up automatic late check out charge of 25\. Unclear directions on how to enter the property. Repeatedly gave 2 different check out times throughout stay. Just frustrating. . . ”
