“Buyer beware. Host assured 100% refund of 1 night of stay well prior to arrival but after several asks, gave only partial. Finally did refund only to remove it immediately and then stop communicating. At booking, the listing set up automatic late check out charge of 25. Unclear directions on how to enter the property. Repeatedly gave 2 different check out times throughout stay. Just frustrating. . . ”

“Such a gem to have near the trail! In a walk around the block my father and I made a new friend, a fawn under a tree near thr sidewalk. A doe leaving her fawn near the sidewalk to go forage is a HUGE indicator of how peaceful and quiet this neighborhood is.”

“We love the Hannu house. This is our second year staying and we will be back again. Jake was wonderful to work with. The home is a perfect cabin for our ski trip and 5minutes from powderhorn and 20 from snow river. Very clean and well appointed kitchen. The coffee and hot chocolate stations in the kitchen were great amenities. The master bedroom and bath room are lovely. Comfortable beds. The downstairs is perfect hangout for kids with foosball and air hockey. The sauna and hot tub felt great……

“Beautiful location! Rooms and facilities were very clean; including the swimming pool and dining area. Breakfast was always clean and decent food for the daily inclusion. Actual eggs and bacon which is normally not the case in other included options. Views were great and would be beautiful in full Fall and Winter!”
