“The Royal was aesthetically beautiful. Breathtaking. The staff that work service there are very friendly and attentive. However here is why my review is so bad: we had paid extra to have the room decorated for our honeymoon. We arrived and it was beautiful, however we discovered too late that there was no hot water. There were a lot of cockroaches, like the furniture was crawling and families of cats fighting eachother outside the casita for your leftover restaurant food that they instruct you……
