"Property is huge and has alot of activities fishing ,water activities outside of the property, Golfing the road to get there from the main street is horrible. Has 3 restaurant options limited hours and limited options. Beautiful property but it has its years and has some things that were not working in my room. Great place to not wonder if you want to wander around not recommended has 2 pools . Great for a family ."

"The location is perfect for short or long term stay. The rooms were in great condition and having AC was a blast! The owner and the staff were so kind making breakfast every morning, replenishing towels, toiletries etc and very communicative and helpful with questions or concerns! Beautiful property and quiet location :)"

"The welcoming atmosphere as soon as you walk in the registration area, the pool is magnificent, the rooms are nice and there’s common areas around the pool to chill, providing lounge chairs and tables to gather outdoors with your family. I highly recommend this place."

"Do to my lack of the spanish language; I was able to communicate effectively with the lady who checked us into our room.
The main doors are locked between certain hours each night, and she showed us how we wohld be able to enter the building after that time.
Complimentary coffee was available each morning at the front desk. Our room faced the street, so we were concerned about toad noise, but it was not too bad.
There is a pool, but we did not have an opportunity to use it.

"We enjoyed our 15 day stay very much. The staff, and especially the desk staff in the lobby, were very helpful and hospitable. We enjoyed being close to the center of Barra de Navidad, able to walk everywhere downtown and to the beach for wanders all the way to San Patricio."

We couldn't reach Expedia without a cell phone and were left to go find something late on a Sunday night of a long weekend when the town was full. Very dissapointing!! "

"Firstly the property was empty, the TV brand new like we had to remove the plastic. We needed a cab so the lady sent (presumably) her husband on a dirt bike into town to fetch one as they were taking awhile. Pool was beautiful rooms were clean, common area was well put together. I had asked how I prepare coffee and she said that she would take care of it. We had a wake up call at 8:50 of a girl with a pot of coffee she was dropping off. This was my only gripe and likely due to a translation error was being woken up then for that but I think it was their pursuit of going above and beyond due to my question the night before. For the price I’d say its worth it with the only sacrifice being 1km from the beach"
