“We had a fabulous week at the Isle of Mull Hotel. The hotel is beautiful and our sea view room stunning. We ate at the bar and in the restaurant and both were amazing, staff were polite and attentive, especially Sean. The hotel is great for touring round the island and provided us a comfortable and convenient base for our trip. Only downside was the pool wasn't open as there was a problem with the heating of the water, but I think that was nearly fixed as we left. Spa was open though,……

“Although I filled in a questionnaire and handed it in at Melfort Village reception when I left I have completed this one as well because I really enjoyed my week there.The weather was lovely and the views to die for. My friends and I had a day on Luing with lunch at the Atlantic Islands Centre which was excellent. Disappointing that the Shower of Herring was closed from Monday.My only complaint was that when I arrived on Saturday Sept.14th in torrential rain and gales there was no heating on……

“This was our first visit to the West Highlands and we were not disappointed. A beautifully maintained resort within a spectacular setting. We had planned to visit the islands during the week but found so much to do locally we decided to save the islands for a future visit. We particularly enjoyed the local walks from the resort which we purchased from reception for £1 on arrival. “This is the second time we have stayed in walled garden.cottage no. 2. My two grandchildren love it but.I think maybe it could.do with a.wee freshen.up. On the other hand I cannot praise your customer service highly enough, especially one of your reception staff named Alwyn. She was the nicest , most helpful lady I have ever come across.
