we have came to a dirty room that was not clean from the privies clients and having hair on the bad , bugs on the floor , no hot water , terrible and very old mattress that you cant sleep on, no any kind of custmenr care and english speaking service and even for the change of the room they have charged us for that .

Virkelig klamt sted!
Jeg ved ikke hvor de får deres gode anmeldelser fra men stedet er ekstremt slidt og beskidt. Det startede med at vi ankom til holtellet torsdag den 8.9.2022. Vi blev sat af ved hottellet ca kl 20. Vi har betalt for velkomstdrink og mrgenmad. Der var inegn velkomstdrink da vi kom. Vi får nøglen til værelset og vil gå på toilettet men toilettet var defekt! Receptionisten bliver ved med at påstå at det virker indtil han kom op på værelset og kunne se at det ikke virkede! Han rodede lidt med det så skulle det være fikset men efter man har skyllet ud en gang så virker det ikke igen og sådan blev det ved i en times tid og han måtte opgive!! De kunne ikke give os et nyt værelse for alt var optaget. Vi begynder så at pakke ud og tjekke værelset ud og kan se at der er møgbeskidt alle vegne!! Mine hvise sokker var sorte efter jeg gik rund på værelset, hår og alt mulig skidt på gulvet over det hele, døre og væggte som var klamme og beskidte, sprækker i væggene og dørene. Som om det ikke var nok med det så står vi op om morgenen og vil tage et bad så virker bruseren ikke!! Vi tænkte at nu får vi os lidt morgenmad og en kop kaffe så har vi da fået lidt for vores penge men morgenmad bordet var på 40 cm og der var nærmest ingenting at vælge i mellem og kaffen var elendig!!! Det var dråben og vi insisterede på at få penge tilbage og forlade hotellet i en fart!! Jeg kontaktede Hotels.com og fik en kæmpe hjælp der fra til at få pengene tilbage!!
