Terrible Place!!
The place is totally different than what is shown in the pictures on hotels.com. I just list a number of issues that we noticed in that place: - The rooms are not wheelchair-accessible while it is claimed to be so. There are at list 4 big stairs at the reception area. Moreover, the lift is very small and I don’t think a wheelchair is fitted in it as my son’s stroller didn’t, so, we had to leave the stroller downstairs which wasn’t a pleasant thing to do at all. - Very bad smell in the room. - Dusts everywhere (even on the bed sheets, so they seemed to be not changed or cleaned for at least a few days). This made the place like a nasty chamber! - Dirty floors (not cleaned for many days) - The fridge didn’t work. - There was a kettle in the room which was full of boiled tea leaves (it seemed that the previous guests had put tea leaves in the kettle rather than using hot water and tea bags!). - There was not any phone in the room to call the reception. - The toilet was broken (didn’t flush) so you will have to go downstairs to talk to the reception. - The air conditioner didn’t work. -No safe in the rooms but it is mentioned as a feature in hotels.com website.
