Great view from our rooms. We had three rooms all facing Bosphorus. Can’t say enough about the view. Their restaurant offers panoramic views, almost a rooftop feel. Breakfast buffet wasn’t great but if you order food, you’ll love it. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Front desk staff super helpful and professional. Cleaning crew very sweet and helpful. I would definitely stay there again

Disappointing stay

English was not fluently spoken at reception. Cleaner failed to check toilet roll and replenish it or whether there was tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast was poor. When phoning reception to request toilet roll and tea/coffee they were not delivered. Had to physically go down. Dining room, irrespective of pandemic, should have line on the tables. Not a pleasant place to dine and more like a work canteen. Overall poor quality.
