All restaurant around. Good location. Room was not in good condition. bathroom tap was broken which was later sorted. Breakfast includes only bread, cheese and Russian salad and little bits of Russian bites and nothing, so should consider your own breakfast. However, we changed our previous hotel Istanbul Sydney Hotel due to bad experience and only this hotel was available in emergency to stay.

Very good for short and long stayings. Location is cool: train & train stations and ferry terminal is in walkable distance. Staff is polite and helpful, and good English speaking. Breakfast is tasty and quite rich. Rooms are clean & spacious, room cleaning is everyday. Yes, rooms need some renovation but it is a matter of time. Strange to read angry reviews of people who pay nothing and want everything:) Tram and cars noise is an issue, they beep every 5-10 minutes :) But maybe it is an issue only for me :) Overall, good choice.

This property is nothing like the images shown. The actual hotel has peeling paint, a shoddy lift, water-damaged and severely worn floor boards, damaged toilets, dirty taps (covered in limescale), terrible grout, holes in walls and woodwork. It is an absolute disaster, so save your money and avoid this hotel, because neither the hotel nor Expedia will refund you if you book it.

It was the worst hotel experience i would not keep my dog in the building i had to leave hotel after first night staff was rude and unapologetic. Member of staff knew no word of english furniture was broken in the room and bathroom was unsafe and shower was not working. Toilet floor is so filthy i would rather sleep in a hostel than in this hotel. If you are traveling with family dont even step into this stupid place. Expedia was not helpful either i will never use expedia as a travel agent next time either.

PLEASE AVOID STAYING AT THIS HOTEL.... The manager was a horrible guy. First, he made us wait an hour to check in. We DID NOT get the room/view we booked and paid for. The rooms were dirty and smelled. It wasn't worth the money. Next to our room, the staff "lived" and they were so loud literally at 4 am and disrupted our sleep. I had to leave the next morning. The staff did a horrible job. Overall, I would give this hotel 0/10. Definitely, AVOID staying at this hotel.

État délabré, mal entretenu, triste intérieur, peinture de 15 ans, meuble de 30 ans tout est sombre même les teintures ont besoin d'être refrechit lavé il y a un temps... J'ai du signé mon "check out" pour payer et dormir dans un autre hôtel et payer 1000€ juste pour dormir dans un lieu sécurisé... Je pourrai joindre des photos pour voir quelle catastrophe pour un hôtel 3*.

Das Hotel hat keinen Stern für die Einrichtung verdient. Alles ist marode und müsste dringend renoviert werden. Wasserflecken, Schimmel und extrem alte Möbel & Einrichtung. Das einzig gute ist die sehr zentrale Lage & die netten Mitarbeiter/innen. Keine Empfehlung!

Goed centraal gelegen.voor de rest nog nooit zo een vies Hotel gezien. Airco werkte niet dus hadden ze een ventilator in de kamer gezet. Verschrikkelijke stank en overal schimmel in de badkamer. Het ergste waren kapot stroomkontakt in badkamer met blote stroomdraden levensgevaarlijk. Dit hotel zou in Nederland onbewoonbaar verklaard worden.

Das schlechtes Hotel. Es ist sehr runter gekommen, dreckig, ekelhaft würde ich sagen man ekelt sich zu duschen am liebsten würde man angezogen schlafen. Die Decke ist mit schimmel und Badezimmer ist seit bestimmt 50 jahhre nicht mehr renoviert worden. Auch wenn kostenlos wäre würde ich nie da schlafen.
