BOHO HOUSE- A Rural Escape For The Modern Bohemian

Summary:
Welcome to Boho House- a rural sanctuary just minutes from downtown ithaca. Our bohemian themed home provides 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, and living room. Since the modern bohemian still has an office job we have high speed internet and lots of places to work including a dual monitor setup ready for your Zoom calls and spreadsheets.

Outside enjoy distant views, campfire, picnic table, and BBQ.

*Note that the home is 1/2 of a duplex. All indoor and outdoor spaces are private.

The Neighborhood:
Boho House is set on 7 rural acres and provides a feeling of privacy and relaxation. 7 minutes to Downtown Ithaca. 10 minutes to Cornell. 4 minutes to Ithaca College.

Interaction with Guests:
We provide you a smart lock code for self check-in and check-out. We give you privacy during your stay but us and our team are available if you need anything.

Messagining Evan and Stephanie via the Airbnb app is the best way to keep in touch with us. Guests will have our cell numbers in the event of an emergency.

This was our third stay at one of Evan’s properties. Every time has been a great experience. We love how close the home is to Ithaca College and much prefer the area than staying in the commons. Beautiful property and nice area to walk the dogs. Our college daughter loves we can bring a bit of home when we visit her by staying there… can bring the dogs, make home cooked meals or get carry out, watch movies together, etc. Home is well stocked and clean. Highly recommend staying here especially if visiting Ithaca College.

Simply wonderful. Nicely decorated, no clutter, spotless bathrooms. We had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed sitting by the fire pit one evening. Close to Buttermilk falls and Ithaca. We will stay there again.

Fantastic property to stay when visiting Ithaca College

The photos don’t do this property justice. It was much nicer than expected. Very clean and comfortable. Many thoughtful details like nightlights in bathrooms and charging cords at night tables. This is our 6th VRBO rental in Ithaca and easily one of our favorites.

Beautiful home and locstion

Mid January visit to visit our son who lives in the area. The property was beautiful and the location was perfect, as in within about 10 minutes of everything In Ithaca. The grounds were beautiful, and it was winter with snow cover! I think summer with the well stocked fire pits and Adirondack chairs would be perfect! And iis a short drive or possible walk to a cidery!

Great place with all the right touches

We stayed for two days while we visited Cornell. It was a quick trip down to the university and close to most things. This place thought of everything from blankets for the fire pit, to cords for charging by the bedside, to doggie bags and a doggy crate. We felt at home and our puppy did, too. One thing that was nice was that there wasn't scented everything everywhere. We're super sensitive to that and most places we stay at go overboard. It was nice to not have to use our own sheets and blankets. It was such a nice stay, we'd definitely stay here again.

Amazing and beyond

This is one of the best that I stayed with VRBO. The location was beautiful and made me feel like I was in deep woods but infact, only 15 minutes from grocery. The first impression entering the property is how clean it was. I have OCD so I normally do a white glove test as soon as I get in and this place had no dust. I was very impressed about how well stocked it was for both kitchen and the bathrooms. So pet friendly that we even had a floor mat for our pom to use. Poop bag on site outside next to the garbage area was super nice. Outside picnic area and back yard was super nice and enough comfortable lounge chairs for the whole family. Smores kit was provided and my kids had awsome time. Highly recommended. have OCD

Fun time in Ithaca

All six of us enjoyed the stay. It was a ladies trip.It was only a few minutes to town and the beautiful water falls too. Nice to be in a country setting and really liked sitting around the fire at night and seeing the fire fly's all around us. Its our top pick to stay at in that area!

Country getaway with bunnies!
