Eileen sent the checkin procedure ahead of time, so it was simple. The room was clean and appointed nicely.

Really loved this place. Very charming, beds were comfortable, water hot. Not always the case in a historic building. The pub that’s part of it is as great too. I missed breakfast but I heard that it was really good. A very nice weekend retreat.

Staff is friendly and property has very interesting history
This is a very nice historic inn. We stayed in room 6 which was exactly as advertised. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and was cooked to order. Lastly the attached pub was a nice perk and enjoyable. My girlfriend has already said that we will still here again the next time we are in the area.
Convenient location. Just a little noisy from the street noise.

This place was lovely. The rooms are large and beautifully decorated with large comfortable beds. Check in and check out was very easy. The staff was friendly. The complimentary breakfast blew me away and completely exceeded expectations. Fresh and delicious. The owners have done an incredible job restoring and maintaining this historical site.
One note to future guests: the building is very old. If you are sensitive to noise, I might recommend asking for a room on the parking lot side of the building. That said I will definitely stay again next time I'm in the area.
Staff was amazing, and communication during and after booking was excellent. The building (built in 1830) was excellently maintained, and furnishings/decor struck the perfect balance between period and modern. The included breakfast was cooked and served in the upstairs dining room (former ballroom/meeting room). Parking was adequate and on site. The surrounding area was convenient and remote enough to be quiet, yet near necessities. The on site pub had excellent food and was reasonably priced. All in all, it was an amazing experience (for our 50th wedding anniversary), and everything we'd hoped. We'll be staying again.

Could hear the cars and person in adjacent room all night long. Cute Pub with good food. Nice staff in the breakfast room. Nothing within walking distance.
The hotel is very quaint, built in 1830. From the outside it looks like the building is not in good shape but the inside is ok. The room was fine. AC was good and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were fine. There's a pub adjacent which has excellent food at a good price and is busy at night. The traffic can be noisy at times but wasn't too bad for the most part; we slept well. There's no elevator to go up to the 3rd floor but that wasn't a problem for us. Overall we liked it.

Just a really cool place to stay. Wish we could have stayed longer.
We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful historic gem. Check in was easy, friendly and quick. Location was great and the pub was good and convenient. The room was spacious and bright.
Such a special stay. I enjoyed every aspect of this bed and breakfast. The owner made this such a magical place. It was storybook like. I will definitely be going back to this place and recommend it to anyone looking for unique stay in Ithaca.
We loved the history of the inn. Also we ate dinner in the pub located on the ground floor. Breakfast, which was delicious, was served in the 3rd floor ballroom.
