“Overall, we had a very nice stay. We came down to have a quiet weekend. The cabin is comfortable with most of what we needed. The host is very good at communication and check in was a breeze. We recommend bringing your own coffee, food wraps and containers for left overs and hair products. The location is good and the creek looks very nice for warmer weather. We stayed in February. Check out procedures were easy with no surprises and we appreciate that. We would defined stay again. ”

“We hiked both DeSoto falls (easy 1 mile hikes) AND blood mountain (advanced 2-3 hour uphill/steep hike) then completely relaxed in this super clean and cozy cabin less than 15 mins away with a hottub and anything you could need for the night/breakfast overlooking a heavenly view! Great communication and easy entry and exit. ”

“The cabin was exactly as we'd pictured it -- plenty of room for three adults and an easy walk or drive to trailheads on the Appalachian Trail. The hike from the cabin up to the AT and then to Preacher Rock was delightful (about 10 miles round trip). We appreciated the kitchen, heaters, and washing machine -- and the view of the sunset through the trees from the sun room! We heard many bird species while we were there, which was a real treat.
