The hotel was nice and comfortable, we had a good stay. The room was clean but it would have benefitted from warmer/thicker sheets in the beds. The service was good but the instructions for the use of the jacuzzi were unclear so we were unable to use it.

I had such a great experience staying at ULIV Roma Norte. From the moment I arrived, everything felt seamless and well thought out. The space itself was stylish, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the neighborhood.
A special thank you to Erwin and the team—they truly made the stay exceptional. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to find a place that balances design, comfort, and service this well.
I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mexico City.

There were about six pillows on the bed and all of them were too soft. The bed covering was way too heavy. They only give two small bottles of water in the room. Locational is excellent walking distance from the airport across a breezeway.
