“I sent the property a message days before arrival and never received a response. I had to call the day of and request the check-in instructions. They told me I would have to wait because the system was down. I waited an hour and called again this timing asking if the instructions could just be emailed. The next issue was luggage storage. The property described luggage storage as an amenity but doesn’t specify for a fee. When it was time to check-in at 3pm, I still hadn’t received the check-in……
