“Very nice hotel, staff was great. Our 5 year old got sick and the staff was awesome and got us extra towels for cleaning up from him getting sick. The room was spacious with an upstairs loft area and a downstairs pull out sofa. Location wasn't walkable with the kids to anything in the center, but it was convenient because parking was free and the grocery store was right across the street.”
“Truly a perfect spot and affordable
For the short duration we were there. Pool was fantastic, staff were helpful. Only bummer was parking was tight, and mostly not available (though the staff were very helpful in steering us to other areas).
Bit dated room, but comfy, slept 4 of us perfectly, and honestly would stay again!”
“Room was ok, not as nice as the other hotel Reina Felicia which we also stayed at earlier in our trip. The room at this hotel was lacking working AC and we told them at 7pm the night arrived. They said they'd come check it in the morning instead of moving us to a new room. Unfortunately, it was super hot and we had a really hard time sleeping. The next day, we complained again and they said they'd check it out and if necessary move us to a new room. We went out for the day and came back. The AC……
