The location of this hotel is great, you don’t get the craziness of Times Square but you are right there, easy access to trains, and plenty of food options around. The staff if friendly and kind, the bed/pillows are comfy. However, it is an old property (as half of NYC), the rooms have been remodeled, but it shows. Small rooms and bathroom, and my biggest issue was the noise, probably because I was in the 4th floor and my room faced the street - I can say by own experience- NYC IS indeed the City that never sleeps. I barely slept in 4 days. All in all, not a bad option if you get a room in the back of the property. Price is fair.
