"Please avoid this place at all costs. Got bitten by bedbugs . They switched rooms to a different hall and that was worse than before. Has do go to the hospital for this. I am working on getting my refund. Staff on duty tried to help but this is beyond Unacceptable. "

"I feel like breakfast ends too early (at 9). But the sweet lady let us rummage the counter anyway when we came down at 9:09. The pool was a nice temperature, cool to warm. Not cold. Good location to access other points of interest in Jackson. Beds are comfortable but high off the ground. My kids had a hard time getting on and off. "

Very clean and hot tub was very relaxing... lots of little extra you usually don't see at other cabins... the firewood for the fire pit was a nice touch as well... oh and the board games were nice as well. She said it happened day before also. Need a better system, irritated after a long day of travel. Quality Inn brand has not been good for us. Had an issue this year also with one in IL. Not coming back. Don’t need the hassles after traveling all day. "
