“I hate to give anyone a bad review but the unit was not very clean and it smelled dirty. The living room and dining room furniture were very old and looked dirty and worn.The bathroom looked to be remodeled and was clean and the towels seemed new so that was probably the best part.It was not clear that the bed was lofted and up a ladder which was not ideal or very easy to navigate in the middle of the night.You can hear everything from the people that live above so there really is no privacy...

“Comfortable beds and pillows. We needed some more outlets near the bed for CPAP machines, iPhones and hearing aides that all need charged. There was a lot of noise above us, they did provide sound machines by the beds which helped but again only so many outlets.”

“This cute little unit was just steps from downtown. Everything was walking distance. And having a parking spot right in front of our unit was great! This place was very clean and the bed was super comfortable! We loved having a full kitchen. There were so many towels for the bathroom. We loved that. Communication with the host was excellent. We felt very cared for. We will definitely be back again.”

Cons: Dishes were dirty in cabinet, stain on sheets, broken blinds that don’t close all the way, huge gaps in door frame, the floor creaks loudly with each step, paper thin walls that you can hear everything through, lots of noise from traffic, broken tiles in front of bathroom with soggy subfloor that feels like it’s about to give at anytime, MOLD in main bedroom shower, cracked shower wall with mildew smell,...

“We stayed in the two-bedroom two-bathroom condo and it was great. The bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen was adequately equipped, and the entire space was very clean. The location is great—right in downtown Jackson and close enough to walk most everywhere in town. The property management was always very quick to reply to texts and very friendly. Highly recommend staying here! ”

“The unit was in a fantastic location for access to all of downtown Jackson. The rooms were a bit dated but fine for our stay. Some repair issues were noted to management. Inoperable ceiling fan in one room, air conditioning only in main room not bedrooms and did not function well. Screens missing or torn in some windows. En-suite bathroom for one room, the other room had bathroom access across the unit next to the front door. At least one outlet for plugs in bedroom was not functioning. We did...
