“The unit was in a fantastic location for access to all of downtown Jackson. The rooms were a bit dated but fine for our stay. Some repair issues were noted to management. Inoperable ceiling fan in one room, air conditioning only in main room not bedrooms and did not function well. Screens missing or torn in some windows. En-suite bathroom for one room, the other room had bathroom access across the unit next to the front door. At least one outlet for plugs in bedroom was not functioning. We did……

“We stayed in the two-bedroom two-bathroom condo and it was great. The bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen was adequately equipped, and the entire space was very clean. The location is great—right in downtown Jackson and close enough to walk most everywhere in town. The property management was always very quick to reply to texts and very friendly. Highly recommend staying here! ”

“We had a great trip! This place is in an excellent location! Great parking! Fully furnished kitchen and bathrooms! The only negative thing is that the furniture could be updated. Very uncomfortable. But on the grand scheme of things, definitely not a game changer compared to most things. I would still recommend this place! ”

“The good: great location near town square. Clean. Easy access & parking. Ample hot water (good pressure) and functional kitchen. Responsive management. Listing photos accurate. The not so good, at least for renting in winter months: there is one mini split as pictured to the rear of the living room that is the only source of not only AC as disclosed in the listing, but heat. There is no built-in heat source for the two bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, other than using the supplied space heaters.……
