Loved this place, it was cozy, great kitchen and perfect for our needs. Close to the park and out of the mayhem! On drawback is the traffic is right there and you can hear it.

This Inn is a great place to stay! The people were all very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and neat. The Inn is just a few miles from Jackson, Wy. The hotel rates are very reasonable for the area. I highly recommend this Inn for anyone to stay there! Beautiful and scenic area!

The king apartment was huge and very relaxing. Staff was friendly, helpful and gave great advice. Being on the edge of town made it easier to access with the crazy Jackson traffic.

We loved our stay at Elk Refuge Inn, just outside Jackson, super convenient but still quiet. The room was spotless and well stocked with a Keurig, mini fridge, microwave, plus shampoo, conditioner, lotion and even a hairdryer. The views were fantastic and having a gas station and convenience store just a short walk away was really handy. We also loved the free bike rentals, such a nice touch, and the guest laundry made the trip easy. We’d absolutely stay here again.

We had an outstanding stay! Staff we encountered were Giovanni and Patti and they were excellent, friendly, helpful, willing to do whatever would make the stay better. The location was outstanding. We loved being just outside Jackson and having the views of the Elk Refuge and surrounding area rather than being inside a crowded city. The room and layout were very spacious and equipped with everything one would need. Being able to park in front of the room was exceptional and really helpful. We hope to be back and stay here again.

We enjoyed the location of Elk Refuge Inn, just outside of town, and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The property itself is a little older and feels somewhat tired in places, and we thought the price was a bit high for the overall condition and amenities. That said, the convenient location and helpful staff were definite positives. With a few updates, this could be a very nice place to stay.

We had a very nice stay! Our room was clean and comfortable, and we really appreciated the extra conveniences like laundry facilities and ice. The location was great—just outside of town on the road to and from the park. It was very convenient for our days in the park, and we were able to avoid some of the traffic that backs up going into Jackson. Being on that side of town also put us closer to the airport, which was a plus. A special shout-out to Patti at the front desk—she is an absolute gem! So friendly, welcoming, helpful, and genuinely interested in making sure guests have a great stay. She definitely added to our experience. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again!

Our stay was lovely. The view is definitely the selling point, and rightfully so. We enjoyed that the property was a few minutes outside of town as we like our peace and quiet. The room was very cute and we enjoyed stepping outside and seeing the mountains. We loved the available laundry and easy check in/out process.

Let us do an early check in after backpacking 4 days in Yellowstone. Room was clean and well maintained. Easy bike ride into town along the beautiful path adjoining the refuge. On site laundry that I was able to use to wash our backpacking clothing. Complimentary detergent was provided. Will definitely stay again!
