Upon arrival the property was neat and clean. Everything in the home was functioning. The only hiccup was the second bathroom was a half bath with but did not have a shower. I did not read the description in detail in n reference to the half bath. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We were able to raise the garage door and enjoy outside while using the grill which was clean and had all the utensils you needed to bbq. We were on town for a funeral and this home was exactly what we needed. The photos and description of the home are accurate and the fenced in yard was great for the kids. We felt safe with the Vivint home security system, and the fenced yard and the garage. We needed to be close to downtown Jackson for our daughter's law school graduation and this was the perfect fit. It accommodated two adults and a teenager perfectly through all the storm damage and wind. Unfortunately in a tough neighborhood but well secured with an alarm. Streets around area are in very poor condition-blew two tires hitting a crater but obviously not the owners fault.
