Stay was great. Service was great and the rooms were clean. The only two issues that I had were that, there was a lot of noise because kids were running in and out of their room. The second issue was that there were a group of men who were bbq like it was a tailgate. They brought their own grill and everything. It looked unsettling especially since the hotel next door was torn down and the wreckage was still there.

It was decent. The place is going thru renovations. It could use upgrades in lighting as there were no USB charging areas in the room. Outside is still being worked on. It was clean staff was ok.

Under some reconstructing , pool and fitness room was not accessible other than that nothing to complain about. Hot breakfast if you choose if not cold was available along with a variety of other things. Room was clean bed comfy.

Not really kid friendly! Due to having kids there for a birthday party they got all blame for any noise. Even had the desk clerk come to the door at 1230 when they were sleeping saying they had gotten a noise complaint. Nice hotel if you don’t have multiple kids with you.

When we checked in the hotel was under construction on the outside. They were painting. The fumes were in the hotel. The room itself was dirty. There were bugs in the room also. The pool and gym were also closed. None of this was mentioned when booking the hotel. I’m glad they issued a refund.

The hotel looks great online, but in person it’s in a dirty area, limited dining options and there was hair located on one of the beds despite the fact it was supposed to be clean sheets. It doesn’t appear the linens were changed on one of the beds. Overall, the bed was comfortable and the rest of the room was clean, but it also had a damp feel to it, even with the air on! One and done! I wouldn’t recommend.

We decided to stay at the hotel while visiting family. We could’ve stayed with family but wanted to give out two small children a chance to swim so we opted to stay at the hotel. Once checked in, everyone got changed into their swimsuits. As soon as we made it to the pool, they were closing it because one of the underwater lamps had popped out. When asked about a time frame for maintenance to be performed so that we might go swimming, I was not given an answer. So it was basically a giant waste of money and I’ll got was two very disappointed children.

The first room they gave us smelled like an old dirty refrigerator. The second room wasn’t much cleaner. There was a party going on till 3 AM. The people at the front desk were ordering drugs from their friends. When we decided to check out the next morning, the hotel refused to refund the rest of our stay. Expedia also refused to refund the rest of our stay.

Even though I had a noon check out, the cleaning staff continue to bang on my door from 11:00 until 12:00. The fourth time, I lost my temper. I've never been so hustled out of a hotel before. On the way out the hotel manager said she had called the police and they were on their way to escort me off the property for trespassing. If you stay here, don't leave your valuables in the room. Hotel manager also added some extra charges for good measure. Way overpriced, don't stay here pick another hotel.
