Worst stay ever
When we checked in the front desk was more interested in continuing her zoom meeting with her friend on the phone because after waiting for two others to be helped she stated she hopes this evening slows down. We get out room and the heater/ac unit cover is off and wires sticking out. Asked the front desk with the same lady and she tells me we have to move rooms because in the notes the room was being serviced. If she wasn't into her zoom meeting she wouldve noticed the notes. In the morning my daughter that is on crutches head back up from breakfast and get stuck in thw el gator for 10 minutes. When we finally get out on of the front desk ladies says it's been resolved and will go up with us in the elevator only to get stuck again for another 10 minutes. She tells me in the elevator that they've been having problems and with it and she thought it was fixed. After getting out of the elevator I carried my daughter that is on crutches up to the 3rd floor from the main floor. When we checked out took no chances and took the stairs to only find an out of order sign on the elevator. This is the worst experience I've ever had and would like a refund.

At checkin - ignored by clerk while she was on phone - she could have acknowledged our presence with even a glance and a smile. Room initially given to us was unmade, uncleaned. Hallway outside the room was full of garbage and spilled ice - a lot of it!! Clerk questioned if we went to to the correct room. Of course we did because the key worked! Second too. Was given to us without argument and was quite good. We required use of the sofa bed and had to go back to he clerk for linen. A return trip - the fourth by this time- was required for a blanket which was not included with the linen. More towels were also required despite checking in 4 guests. The room was only equipped with towels for two. Breakfast was delicious and the attendant was excellent with good service.

When I went to make a cup of coffee in room the compartment were the coffee pod goes was full of coffee grounds and the tray it that it sits on was nasty… I took pictures if you would like to view them, thought that the front desk would ask how my stay was but no that was not the case, so I will probably just review my stay online.

Staying two nights. Very quiet. Rained during the stay, so wasn't able to go to the pool or grill outside. Staff were friendly and check-in was fast. Parking was convenient to our room. In need of clean up outside and minor repair in room. I will say that I'm understanding when it comes to hotels. So, we were very happy with our stay and would return. Great for a short stay with basics provided.

Close to a job i was doing is why i stayed. What i didnt like was that it appears no one is considerate enough to close a door by hand they have to let it slam. Then it sounded like the budweiser Clydesdales were filming a commercial in the room above me.

We checked in late after a long drive. The desk attendant was very welcoming and sweet. When we got into our room we needed addition sheets and pillow as the bag was there for the pull out bed but it was empty. We attempted to call down to the desk however the phone was not working. We had to walk down and wait for them to get the needed items. When we went to settle in the TV was frozen and would not work. My son whet to let her know they phone nor the TV was working. They said they only thing they could do was move us. We just unpacked everything so we did not to do that. In the morning I found a wash cloth and a hand towel in the shower left from a previous guest. Breakfast was okay, the pancake machine that we were excited to try was not in service. The eggs were slimy and cold. These were all small things but added together left a lot to be desired overall.

They double billed us.
We booked a room through Hotels.com, but the room was actually not available. The person working with the night desk made a mistake, booked us for a different room and charged us a second time for the room. So we were double billed for a room with bad service.
