We arrived early for check in our rooms were not ready but we were able to go get food and eat in their dining area. I saw another family arrive early and they had a small cooler. The receptionist stored the cooler while they took the children to the pool. The grounds were well kept and although the hotel was pet friendly it did not smell pet friendly, and our room showed no evidence of pet wear and tear. I don't travel a lot, but I was impressed and would gladly stay here again.

Room wasn’t ready despite coming 5 hours after check in was allowed. We were warned then sent anyway. Beds not made, carpets wet, room smelled bad. Offered another room which smelled like mold, chips all over the floor. Breakfast was not great for $14 per person which was offered free due to the number of issues. Once settled in, they began vacuuming the hallway carpets at 10:45pm. Couldn’t find a luggage carrier. Outdoor pool looked clean but didn’t use. Expected more from a Hilton entity.

They told me that they loved their room and they were very impressed with the property. They enjoyed their stay. On their behalf, I give the Hilton Garden Hotel in Midtown Savannah, GA, 5 Stars. I recommend it highly.

A budget hotel at a premium price. Charges for amenities usually included. Friendly staff is woefully undertrained: front desk clerk with limited English skills, a bartender with neither the tools or knowledge to make a drink. Entire facility sadly in need of maintenance and a very extensive cleaning. I've come to expect so much more from a Hilton.

Hotel is nice but dated. Not the posh top tier appearance inwas expecting. Service was great. Everything is ala cart on amenities!

There were 3 guests but only 2 sets of bath accessories (towels, washcloths). The hallways reeked of air freshener, it was overwhelming. The pool was supposedly heated, but no, it was very cold. The bar had no mixers and very limited selection. Would have spent more at the bar, but it was disappointing.
